Gigabytes never expire

Pay for bytes. Nothing else.

No per-port fees, no thread caps, no minimum term and no charge for requests that fail. Your rate drops automatically as your volume grows — there is nothing to renegotiate.

The small print, up front

What actually counts as a gigabyte.

Metering games are the oldest trick in this industry. Here is our whole rulebook.

Billed

  • Request and response bodies, both directions
  • Headers and TLS handshake overhead
  • Any successful response over 400 bytes
  • Redirect chains you asked us to follow

Not billed

  • Connection failures and gateway timeouts
  • 407s, 502s and our own retries onto a fresh SIM
  • Responses under 400 bytes — most blocks and captchas
  • Anything during a documented incident window

Rounding: usage is summed to the byte and rounded once, at the end of the month. We do not round up per request — a trick that quietly adds 8–15% on high-volume API scraping.

Billing questions

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Pay as you go starts at a £25 top-up and the credit never expires. The volume bands are applied from your actual monthly usage — you are never asked to commit up front to hit a lower rate.

What happens if I cross a band mid-month?

The whole month reprices at the lower rate, including the gigabytes you already used. You will see the adjustment on your dashboard the moment you cross the threshold.

How do I pay?

Card and direct debit for self-serve, invoice with 30-day terms from the Scale band up. UK VAT is added where applicable; valid EU VAT numbers reverse-charge. We accept USDC and BTC for accounts outside the UK.

Can I cap spend?

Yes — set a hard byte cap per key or per account and we stop serving at the limit rather than sending you a surprise invoice. Webhook alerts fire at 50%, 80% and 100%.

Do you offer a trial for larger evaluations?

The self-serve trial is 1 GB with no card. If you are evaluating for a team, ask for a proof-of-concept allocation — typically 25 GB over two weeks with an engineer on hand to tune targeting against your specific sites.
